Angela Montierth reached out to me asking if we’d be interested in BYUtv doing a feature special on Scan. I’m always excited about added media exposure for Scan but it comes with added special meaning for us when that exposure is amongst our hometown friends and family.
Angela was a dime to work with and I’m really happy with the outcome of her work. It first aired on BYUtv, before Newsweek picked it up and then CNN did a story about it then YouTube got a hold of it ; )
Living in San Francisco, we planned the filming/interviews for my next trip back to Provo, Utah. It was the weekend of BYU Soccer’s fundraiser tournament. My friends we’re obviously confused when I showed up with a camera crew following me around. I told them the camera crew was at the tournament looking for talent/individuals to participate on their popular TV show, WIPEOUT. That cured any “camera shy” they had in them.
