So I have a problem: I love my “work”. I therefore “work” 24-7. However, for religious reasons, I should not “work” on Sundays. Thus my problem. To solve this, I spend my Sunday’s “working” on art projects. Ha. I guess that makes sense. My art project for the past 3 Sundays: a homemade chalkboard for the Scan conference room.
Here are some pics to show the process and end result:

Why the App Icons?
In January 2012, the Scan team moved from small town Provo, Utah to BIG city San Francisco. One of the most exciting parts of the big move, has been the opportunity to meet in person with the individuals behind some of my favorite products and services. What used to be Klout.com, is now Joe Fernandez and the other friendly faces of the Klout team. There have already been so many more that I’ve had the opportunity to meet and SOO many that hope to soon. To help show my gratitude to be a part of this amazing ecosystem, I decided to “chalk-up” some of the Scan team’s favorite apps. Basically this is us saying, “we think you’re great and we really look up to you all… ..(5 dots)”
Here is a final 1 – 2 – 3 of the turnout:
Thank you SF. Thank you Sundays.
Love, Garrett and the Scan team
